At this time, Photodonald exclusively ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

- Order Processing & Production Timeline
Because many of our products are uniquely hand-crafted or personalized to meet our high-quality standards, production begins immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- Handling & Production Time: 2 to 4 business days (Includes sourcing, crafting, and quality inspection).
- Order Preparation: 1 business day following the completion of production.
- Total Handling Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days in total for your order to be processed and handed over to the carrier.
- Transit Time & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated arrival time is as follows:
- Transit Time: Estimated delivery is between 2 to 5 business days.
- Carrier Selection: We utilize reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier is chosen based on which service provides the most efficient delivery to your specific location.
