  1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. This means you have a full 30 calendar days from the date the shipping carrier marks your order as “Delivered” to initiate a return request.

  • If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or a return.
  1. Conditions for a Successful Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • New Condition: Items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Slightly Used Condition: We understand you may need to try a product. We accept returns for items that have been used slightly but remain in excellent, resellable condition.
  • Exclusions: Items that show significant wear, damage, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packaging, but we ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at support@photodonald.com.
  • This allows our team to evaluate the issue and rectify it immediately through a replacement or a priority return at no cost to you.
  1. How to Process Your Return

We have simplified the return process to save you time and effort:

  • Prepaid Labels: To ensure ease of service, we include a prepaid return mailing label inside every original package sent to our customers.
  • Mailing the Item: Pack the item securely and attach the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box.
  • Return Shipping Costs: There is No Cost (FREE) to the customer for returning an item when using our prepaid label. Photodonald covers 100% of the domestic return shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
  1. Exchanges

Photodonald does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different size, color, or a different product, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
