Once the initial 12-hour window has elapsed, your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment and production team.

  • No Further Changes: After 12 hours, we are unable to stop, modify, or cancel the order as it has already entered the production and shipping queue.
  • Post-Delivery Solution: If you still wish to return the item after the window has closed, please wait for the package to arrive and utilize the free prepaid return label included in your package to receive a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
  1. Address Accuracy & Mandatory Verification

Providing a correct shipping destination is critical for successful delivery. During the checkout process on photodonald.com, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
