- 30-Day Return Window
We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. This means you have a full 30 calendar days from the date the shipping carrier marks your order as “Delivered” to initiate a return request.
- If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or a return.
- Conditions for a Successful Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- New Condition: Items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Slightly Used Condition: We understand you may need to try a product. We accept returns for items that have been used slightly but remain in excellent, resellable condition.
- Exclusions: Items that show significant wear, damage, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
- Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging, but we ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at support@photodonald.com.
- This allows our team to evaluate the issue and rectify it immediately through a replacement or a priority return at no cost to you.
- How to Process Your Return
We have simplified the return process to save you time and effort:
- Prepaid Labels: To ensure ease of service, we include a prepaid return mailing label inside every original package sent to our customers.
- Mailing the Item: Pack the item securely and attach the provided prepaid label to the outside of the box.
- Return Shipping Costs: There is No Cost (FREE) to the customer for returning an item when using our prepaid label. Photodonald covers 100% of the domestic return shipping fees.
- Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
- Exchanges
Photodonald does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different size, color, or a different product, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
