We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service, we offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the moment your order is placed.

  • Within 12 Hours: If you request a cancellation within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund immediately.
  • After 12 Hours: Your order enters our automated fulfillment system and production process. At this stage, it cannot be stopped. If the window has passed, please wait to receive the item and then follow our return process using the provided prepaid label for a full refund.
  1. No Hidden Fees

We believe in fair pricing and honest service. When shopping with us, you won’t encounter unexpected charges:

  • No Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label, so there are no costs for you to send an item back.
  • Full Refunds: You will be refunded the full purchase price for all eligible returned items.
